Cardio Recovery and Max Recovery.

DEAD. Almost literally. So far this has been the most difficult day! Sure, Plyo was a definite challenge, but today… wow. I felt my body ache all over during Insanity. Not only was I falling over but my form was awful! BUT it’s only the first week so I’m trying not to be too hard on myself.

Afterwards, I hit up a study group. Had dinner. And then attempted to do another workout (because I ate a lot at dinner) but this time from P90X. Honestly, I only did the warm-up and yoga, skipped kenpo, and went straight to plyo until my legs started cramping. I decided not to push myself anymore before I did more damage than good.

I’m a little disappointed in myself for stopping, but the bigger picture is that I prevented a possible injury. But I can’t help but wonder “what if I wouldn’t have injured myself?” Ahh, I guess we’ll never know and I’ll just have to tear it up during my workout tomorrow.
