Day 2: Plyometric Cardio Circuit
- Done at 8am.
- I was a little confused with some of the moves because I hadn’t done them before. Oh well, I’ll learn.
- Definitely felt like crying during the workout, but PUSHED THROUGH IT.
- Workout was hell, but I must admit: it was a GREAT workout!
Day 3: Cardio Power and Resistance
- Done at 8pm.
- Started sweating early (like pouring), but I found my rhythm early on in the workout
- It definitely wasn’t as difficult as Plyo but I found myself unhappy with my form so I tried to focus more on form than getting more reps in.
- I was exhausted and my core hurts from doing p90x yesterday too, but I have never felt better after a workout
Today’s workout(s) were definitely a success!
